13th April is a special day in the FnC Calendar, as it’s my birthday. Last year I celebrated by sharing some of my favourite photos or people I’ve met between one birthday to another. So this year, I am doing it again.
These will be covering as many comic con events, locations shoot and anything else I did in the name of Food and Cosplay.
Don’t worry if you don’t see yourself in this list, I like too many of my own photos and couldn’t fill this page up too much awesomeness.

Working With Stacey Of Gotham
I’ve always wanted to work with established cosplayers who have been on the comic con for many years. When Stacey wanted to shoot her Mera cosplay and I offered to take them for her, I didn’t expect her to agree.
This was such a challenging shoot as this was during one of the brightest days with the sun shining so hard, it threw me when shooting in manual mode. But I was determined to get through it and learn from this experience.
Location shoot with La Petite Spider
When La Petite Spider hired me to take photos of her New 52 Poison Ivy, I knew I wanted to do something different from how I would normally take my photos.
I knew I wanted a new green, floral area and when I found this spot, which seems to have cherry blossom like flowers, I knew I was onto a winner.
Viencon
Viencon is an event which has just gotten better with age…ok it’s only had it’s second year in 2019 but it felt bigger, lots more people attending with more opportunity to take photos.
It’s such a lovely event where you can work hard to take lots of photos, just have a chilled time, or have a combination of both. 2019, I did more of a photoshoot schedule but did stop to enjoy the holiday park, did the beer tasting and have a short time in the swimming pool, which most people were there for.

Location shoot with Hannah in Wonderland & AussieAquaman
When Hannah In Wonderland contacted me for a Mera and Aquaman shoot on the beach, who am I to turn it down.
Hannah introduced me to AussieAquaman who by the title of his name was an Aussie, was going to be Hannah’s Aquaman to her Mera. I have to be honest, couple photography, isn’t my strongest point but I gave it a go and got some great results from the day. I really enjoyed myself, taking photos of each of them.
Location shoot with the Doctor!
One of the few photoshoots I was able to complete in 2020. One of my regular people whom I work with, WhatsersCosplay where I have taken photos of her Belle, Anastasia, Sophie Hatter from Howls Moving Castle and many more.
She asked me to take photos of her Jodie Whittaker of the Doctor, from the series Doctor Who.
We took this costume around London and settled with shooting at Leake Street and then went to the South Bank and shoot along the Themes.
I am asking on my birthday that if you can spare a few pennies, if you can donate money to Mind, a mental health charity, which FnC are championing all of 2020 and during these testing times, we can all need a mental health check from time to time.
