We want to hear your views on “Would you still work with someone if you know they’ve had any negative comments and why?”
If the negative comments are related to unethical behaviour, discrimination, or harassment, it may be appropriate to reconsider working with that person. On the other hand, if the negative comments are related to performance or other minor issues, it may be worth considering the person’s strengths and abilities, as well as any steps they may have taken to address the concerns that led to the negative comments.
Ultimately, the decision to work with someone who has received negative comments should be based on a thorough evaluation of the situation and an assessment of whether that person would be a good fit for the particular job or project at hand.
