We here love to share good tips from cosplay tutorials, helpful tips, podcast discussions and so much more.
I saw this video by Jessica Kobeissi describing some of the photography mistakes that some people are doing while editing photos. There are some great tips for editing photos which I didn’t know or needed reminding about.
If you are looking for tips about taking a photo and also taking on work, there are some really good tips which can be applied to cosplay shoots in the video below.
If you enjoyed her videos, please do give her channel further views for more tips for photographers.

The time has come, and you can book your slot with me. Please read the instructions carefully.
Please pick a day and time slot and tell me the cosplay you’d like me to shoot.
Please only book with me if you know what cosplay you want to shoot with me. If you do not declare your cosplay, I will cancel the appointment
Pick a time that you can reasonably get to me. If on the day you are running late, I won’t be able to reschedule, and you will forfeit your time slot, as I do not want a knock-on effect of running late for my other appointments.
If you pick more than one slot, I can choose which cosplay I like to shoot. This isn’t a reflection on your cosplay, but I want to give everyone a chance to shoot with me at least once over the weekend.
If we have taken photos together before, please choose a character or cosplay we haven’t shot yet.
Only cosplayers who are 18 years of age or older
I am not accepting any group shoots. I’ll consider a duo shoot.
Please note: I am not accepting any group shoots. I’ll consider a duo shoot.
Do keep checking, as I’ll be keeping an eye on who is booking me and freeing up slots where possible.
Should there be slots available after the first round, I’ll allow people to book me for a second slot.
If you miss out on a slot, do not worry, I’ll be at the event all three days, so if you spot me, do come and stop me, and we can get a quick photo together.
Good luck, and hopefully I’ll see you at Comic-Con.
