Feature : Football, Prince William and Our Mental Health

/

Eddie

Documentary following Prince William’s campaign to get British men to open up about mental health issues by using football as a way to get men talking and to break the taboo around the issue.

BBC iPlayer

I watched this documentary and found it fascinating to learn more about mental health. Mental health can really affect so many people and it’s doesn’t matter at what level you are at, what you have surrounded you, mental health can really hit hard especially professional sports people.

If you have time to watch this 60 minutes documentary about mental health and how it is still a stigma to talk about mental health. Just click on the link below to start watching the documentary from the BBC.
