Feature : Football, Prince William and Our Mental Health

Documentary following Prince William’s campaign to get British men to open up about mental health issues by using football as a way to get men talking and to break the taboo around the issue.

I watched this documentary and found it fascinating to learn more about mental health. Mental health can really affect so many people and it’s doesn’t matter at what level you are at, what you have surrounded you, mental health can really hit hard especially professional sports people.
