Feature : Brigitte’s shield by AltF4Cosplay

AltF4Cosplay are creating a certain skin for the character Brigitte from Overwatch.

Brigitte specializes in armour. She can throw Repair Packs to heal teammates, or automatically heal nearby allies when she damages foes with her Flail. Her Flail is capable of a wide swing to strike multiple targets, or a Whip Shot that stuns an enemy at range. When entering the fray, Barrier Shield provides personal defence while she attacks enemies with Shield Bash.

We are going to concentrate on the shield build because the progress post from AltF4Cosplay is looking amazing.

The shield design is taking shape and every piece ready to go onto the perspex plastic which has a special trick it can do.

As you can see, light irradiates giving off a lovely glow to it which replicates the action the shield does in the game.

Seeing the complete shield in action and motion is just gorgeous to see. We hope the rest of the cosplay is completed in time and is as impressive as the shield build is.

Cosplay Stories : Toad by kuruvata

Cosplayer: kuruvata / Photo drewcoremas Toad is a timeless character. Both young and old love them, Toad was such a scene stealer in the almost recent Super Mario Bros Movie, and is one of the best characters to play/interact with in the game. The costume is mostly made out of foam padding and felt fabric. Two materials I had never worked with before. The most challenging part is trying to glue everything down, make it stick, and keep its shape! Almost everyone recognized Toad at New York Comic Con. I could barely get a few feet forward before getting asked for pictures. It was quite challenging and the inside does get hot despite the two fans I had inside. My cosplay origin story started back in 2015 when a close friend invited me to my very first New York Comic Con. I had built a Bane costume out of cardboard and tubing.
