As part of a year-long campaign to raise more awareness of Mental Health, here is an article about building a Mind Plan.
The NHS has devised this website called “Every Mind Matters” to help you plan a practical plan you can use to help maintain and improve your mental health and wellbeing. It’s a five-question quiz about your feeling over the last 2 weeks and issues that are affecting you and get top tips for actions you can take and advice about further support.
Every Mind Matters is aimed at adults aged 18 and over, and is only designed to point you in the right direction. It is not a medical assessment – if you’re worried about your mental health or want to discuss your results you should speak to a health professional.
Should you feel like this is something you can use, there is the link to this page https://www.nhs.uk/oneyou/every-mind-matters/your-mind-plan-quiz/.
You may not need the numbers today but save this, share this and perhaps it will help in the future. If you want to donate and support MIND, here is a link you can donate money to.
