BT and ITV are working together to bring tip using technology for your wellbeing. This video featuring Fearne Cotton, giving out her tips out during this lockdown.
Fear for eating disorder patients reported by the BBC news, is a video and report worth looking into.
An app you can download is called Headspace. It’s a service where you can access to guided meditations on everything from stress to sleep, Sleep Sounds to ease the mind into a truly restful night’s sleep, exercises for cooking, eating, commuting, and many more.

The service is free for 2-weeks before you need to pay for further access to it. No risk to see if this can help you.
