This week re-edited photo comes courtesy of Lesserlili cosplaying Tatsumaki from The One Punch Man series.
Tatsumaki has a rather brash, moody, hotheaded, and impatient personality. She is disrespectful towards most people, especially to those she deems incompetent. She is completely intolerant to those she deems impertinent, as shown when she slammed Genos into a large piece of rubble for retaliating against her verbal abuse of Saitama. Tatsumaki especially dislikes being ignored or being called things like “brat” and “runt”.
2020 EDIT PROCESS
I started with the basic changes I always do, by adjusting the exposure, contrast, highlights, shadows, HSL, and etc. Throughout this project of re-editing my older photos, I do not refer to the original edited the photo so I can see if I would make the same steps or make alternative decisions.
I wanted to make sure the face was better lit as I remembered that I added a vignette style to the 2016 photo which made her face a lot darker then it should.
I next transferred the photo into Photoshop and tidy up the background areas such as the rubbish on the step and also slight distraction at the top of the stairs.
After skin smoothing and adding additional contouring, which is usually the last step I do to complete the photo.
